
Recipe:
1 cup almond milk
2/3 cup frozen berries
1/2 frozen banana
2/3 cup frozen berries
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp chia seeds
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy! Sprinkle more chia seeds on top if prefer.
